How can I pay?
You can pay securely through Razorpay by UPI, credit or debit card, wallet or netbanking. Your invoice appears on the confirmation page once your order is placed, with a PDF to download.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once your payment goes through you see a confirmation page with your order number and your bill, with a PDF to download. Please save it or take a screenshot: we don't send it by email or SMS.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as you can. We can change or cancel an order until it has been shipped.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 7–10 working days.
Can I receive my order sooner?
Express shipping can be arranged on request. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will tell you what is possible for your pincode.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange a piece?
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products damaged in transit or incorrect products received. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Return and exchange shipping, courier and logistics charges are borne by the customer.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are sorry. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and photographs of the piece and its packaging, and we will guide you through a return or exchange.
Care
What is Erayah jewellery made of?
Every piece is silver alloy with 22kt gold plating, set with kundan, jadau and polki craftsmanship by traditional artisans.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the photographs?
Our jewellery is handcrafted by traditional artisans, so slight variations in stones, finish and detailing are natural and make each piece unique. All products undergo quality checks before dispatch.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Keep it away from water, perfume and lotions. Put it on last and take it off first. Wipe it gently with a soft, dry cloth and store each piece on its own in its pouch or box.
Gifting
Can I send a piece as a gift?
Yes. Mark your order as a gift at checkout and add a note. We will include your note with the piece.
Sizing
What ring size should I order?
All Erayah rings are adjustable for a comfortable fit, so there is no size to choose.
How long are the pendant chains?
Most pendants come with a 10-inch chain. Dwandva comes with a 13-inch chain, Piku with a 10-inch pearl chain, and Rangmil can also be worn as a brooch. The length is listed on each product page.
